Preparing for law admissions requires structure, strategy, and sustained practice

We sat down with our tutors and past students to figure out the best way to prepare for the LNAT, and a few things became clear straight away. Students don't lose marks because they haven't tried hard enough, but rather they lose marks because they can't see the pattern in the mistakes they're making, because the feedback they get is generic, and because they've been told to do more practice papers without anyone showing them what to actually do with the results. What follows is what we built in response.

Every feature here exists because a student asked for it, or because we wished we'd had it ourselves when we sat the test. The result is one platform that holds the whole preparation: practice tests with reasoning on every answer, analytics that show you where you're actually losing marks, video courses, live lessons, expert essay marking, and direct access to tutors when you need them.

If you're not looking for paid support, there are a number of things that we offer for free! Equally, we have a scholarship scheme for eligible parties.

The LawPrep platform is designed to be your personal preparation space.

Practice makes perfect

Weekly paper releases ensure the platform grows alongside your preparation, reaching up to 50 full mock exams before the LNAT in September.

Understand Where and Why Marks are Lost

Every attempt is broken down across question types, passage themes, timing behaviour, and recurring mistakes. All answers have detailed explanations allowing you to see where you went wrong.

Review every exam as many times as you need to understand where you went wrong and why you lost the marks.

Focus Revision Where it Matters for You

Each incorrect answer is automatically added to your Mistake Bank, where questions are organised by exam, passage, and reasoning type.

Rather than repeating entire papers, students can return to the exact questions that caused problems and attempt them again under timed conditions before reviewing explanations or previous answers.

Over time, the Mistake Bank builds a live record of recurring weaknesses, helping revision become progressively more targeted as exam day approaches.

Live Lessons for Structured Teaching Alongside Independent Study

Weekly live lessons run across LNAT Section A, Section B, logical reasoning, interviews, and personal statement preparation, giving students ongoing guidance throughout the admissions cycle.

Resources and Model Materials

LawPrep includes a growing library of application resources: annotated personal statements, marked Section B essays, interview preparation exercises, supercurricular reading lists, and long-form strategy guides.

The LawPrep Curriculum

LawPrep is structured as a long-term curriculum rather than a collection of shortcuts, templates, or “exam hacks”. The focus is placed first on understanding how legal reasoning works: for example, how arguments are constructed, how assumptions operate, and how evidence is analysed under pressure.

From there, students move into application: timed practice, question analysis, written argument, and exam technique developed through repetition and review.

Bespoke Programmes

For students seeking more intensive support, LawPrep offers bespoke preparation programmes built around individual goals, timelines, and target universities.

Students receive a dedicated tutor, personalised study planning, tailored task workflows, and ongoing feedback integrated directly into their dashboard. Practice schedules, essay work, interview preparation, and application strategy are coordinated as part of a single continuous programme rather than separate services.
